All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com to alert us of the damage with photos of the damaged product and shipping box.
All claims will be handled on a case by case basis, determind by the amount of damage or issue with the product.
In most cases we will try our best to rectify the situation with either a partial refund or replacement boxes.

Please note that you may not receive the item with the "perfect" box and "perfect" paint job.
While we cater to many collectors and do our best to hand pick the best items, there may be shelf wear, scratches, creases, cuts, small dents, bends and/or imperfections.
If you seek the "perfect" box and paint job, we recommend shopping in person at a B&M store or online where you can see actual pictures of the item you intend to purchase.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections.
